Return & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products All CK Outfitters Supply products are custom made-to-order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of every product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at ckoutfitterssupply@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a free reprint or full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no charge.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please allow 3 business days before contacting us — packages occasionally show as delivered early. If it's still missing, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After that, your order is already in production and cannot be cancelled.

International Orders Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
